Scottish Cup Predictor : Win a SEAT IBIZA car!

Statement from Dave Siegel, Chairman, Ross County Football Club

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved in our amazing Scottish Cup run – fellow directors, players, management, backroom staff and our fantastic supporters.

Although like everyone else who has the club at heart I am bitterly disappointed we did not win the final, I am hugely proud of the team and the management for their achievements in getting there.

Our progress through the latter rounds, beating first Hibs, then Celtic, to reach the final for the first time in our history, captured the imagination of people far beyond the Highlands. The pride and passion of our supporters in the run up to the final and the fantastic turnout of 20,000 at Hampden on the day, showed the club, its home town and the Highlands as a whole in the best possible light.

Our progress in the league has also been very pleasing, with us in genuine contention for much of the season. Our task now is to move on and build on our remarkable achievements of the past season, with promotion to the SPL our focus for the future.
