U19 Squad 06-07

Ross County’s Under 19 team compete in the SFL Youth League along with 20 other teams. Coached by Head of Youth David Kirkwood, the side is packed with talented players, several of whom already train alongside the First Team. Thanks to the Club’s increasing reputation as a centre of excellence for youth development, the side contains a mixture of local youngsters such as Captain Mark Nicolson and Alan Grant who have progressed from the youth initiative sides and players from further afield such as Graham Girvan and Jason Crooks who joined from Rangers and Lewis Jenkinson who was previously with Preston North End.

The Under 19’s form an integral part of the Club’s vision for future success, and anyone interested in running their eye over the next generation of County stars can are watch any of their league games free of charge. Having supporters there to cheer them on really makes a difference to the boys in this competitive division, so the more the merrier!
