Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of enrolment will not be forwarded to the applicants. 

Payments will only be returned if a course is full or if the course has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved. 

Payment of the fee will be considered a course applicant's acceptance of these conditions of enrolment. 

Ross County Football Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the arrangements of any course. In this event, any course member unable to transfer to an alternative course will be issued with a full refund and Ross County Football Club will be responsible for any compensation.

Ross County Football Club cannot accept liability whatsoever for damages in respect of any loss or injury sustained to any participant during (or consequence of) theses activities.

The course member agrees to abide by the rules laid down by Ross County Football Club and its staff.

Ross County Football Club will not be held responsible for cancellation of a course due to bad weather.

All refunds will be subject to a £5.00 deduction for administration costs.
