Whilst fans enjoy the build up to the Club’s first ever Scottish Cup Quarter Final appearance against Hibernian on Saturday the 13th of March, officials at Ross County are gearing up for the home match against Inverness Caledonian Thistle 7 days later.
With over 5,500 fans attending the same fixture back in November and the two Clubs currently sitting second and third in the table, Ross County are gearing up for their biggest crowd of the season. Tickets have been on sale for several weeks now and with the match included in the recent “3 for 2” ticket promotion demand has been strong, but with the match now just over a week away the Club have confirmed that they will be running special extended opening hours next Tuesday (the 16th of March) to help ensure fans don’t miss out.
The office will be open from 07:00 to 19:00 to allow fans who otherwise may not be able to visit the ground or phone in to purchase their tickets to secure their place at the hugely anticipated local derby.
Head of Administration Ranald Gilbert explained, “Phones and the main reception will be manned for a full 12 hours next Tuesday as we continue to prepare for what is so much more than just another game for our fans. We know that not all of our supporters find it convenient to pop down to Victoria Park or to telephone in during the normal working day and with the game looking like it could well be a sell out by the time it kicks off we felt this gave people an extra chance to ensure they had their ticket before the day of the game.”
Tickets for the derby are on sale now and can be purchased online from the online shop, by visiting the Club in person or telephoning 01349 860860 from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday or 07:00 – 19:00 on Tuesday the 16th of March. Tickets for the away end are on sale from the ticket office at Inverness Caledonian Thistle’s ground. |
