NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of ROSS COUNTY FOOTBALL CLUB Ltd will be held in the Ross Suite, Victoria Park Stadium, Jubilee Park Road, Dingwall, on Monday 27^th June at 7.00pm to transact the following business:

 

1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st May 2010 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To re-appoint Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants as Auditors and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
3. To transact any other competent business of the Company.

Note:

In accordance with the company's Articles of Association the Financial Statements are not sent to all shareholders. Copies are available at Victoria Park Stadium for all shareholders who request them.

 

It is requested that notice of questions on the Reports or Accounts should be in the Secretary's hands at least 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting.

 

A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, to vote instead of him and that proxy need not also be a member. A form of proxy is available at Victoria Park Stadium, and completed proxies must be returned to Victoria Park Stadium at least 48 hours before the time appointed for the meeting.
