Russell joined Inverness CT from Aberdeen in 2001, and went on
to play in over 250 games for the club. Like Munro, Duncan was
informed by ICT that his contract would not be renewed at the
end of the 2010-11 season.
With a desire to stay in the area and ambitions matched by the
Victoria Park Club he too, like Munro, put pen to paper
signing for the Staggies.
He has a wealth of SPL experience and also knows just what it
takes to get out of the First Division. His experience in what is a
relatively young squad will be invaluable.
