Michael McGovern | Footballer at Norwich City FC
Since leaving the Staggies, McGovern has carved out an impressive career in football including representing Northern Ireland at International level. The goalkeeper has been at Norwich City since 2016.
Gary Miller | Footballer at Falkirk FC
Having spells in both Scotland and England, Miller now finds himself in Scotland’s League One with title-chasing Falkirk FC.
Alex Keddie | Offshore
After leaving the Staggies, Keddie went on to have spells at Dunfermline Athletic and Arbroath before building a new career for himself in the Oil & Gas industry.
Scott Boyd | Sporting Director at Ross County Football Club
Scott celebrated 10 years at Ross County FC with a testimonial match before leaving for Kilmarnock where he would go on and play his part in guiding the Ayr-shire side to European football under the operations of now Scotland Manager Steve Clarke. Scott returned to the Staggies in June 2019 as the Club’s Sporting Director.
Scott Morrison | Coaching (USA)
Once Morrison departed Dingwall he headed stateside to play for Phoenix FC and Arizona United. Morrison has now taken up a Director’s Role with San Diego Surf Soccer Club.
Michael Gardyne | Footballer at Ross County Football Club
Still playing at the top level of Scottish Football, Gardyne has become the Benjamin Button of the game. A vital part of Ferguson & Kettlewell’s Championship winning side, Gardyne celebrated 400 appearances on 21st September after the clubs 2-1 against Motherwell. Gardyne is the clubs record appearance holder and goalscorer.
Jimmy Scott | Footballer at Brechin City FC
Scott still plays part time for League Two side Brechin City. One of the biggest characters of the iconic Staggies team of 2010, Jimmy played has played in India as well as all levels of professional football in Scotland.
Richard Brittain | Reserve Team Manager at Ross County FC
After leaving the Staggies, Brittain would go on to manage Highland League side Brora Rangers, winning the Highland League Cup with the Sutherland side before returning to the Club as Reserve Team Manager and helping to develop the next crop of stars for the future. Richie is one of the clubs most iconic Captains.
Iain Vigurs | Footballer at Ross County FC
Iain has been a mainstay of Highland Football for most of his career. Having lengthy spells with both County and neighbours Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Now back at the Global Energy Stadium, Iain is a vital part of the current Premiership side.
Andrew Barrowman | Senior Brand Manager at Joma Sport
Retiring from all football in 2018, Barrowman landed a leading role as Brand Manager for Joma Sport. His success in the role would see him promoted to Senior Brand Manager shortly after.
Steven Craig | Youth Coach at Dundee United FC & Planet Soccer UK
Scored one of the most memorable goals in the Staggies history against Celtic, Craig went on to have successful spells with clubs in both England and Scotland. He now is a youth coach with Dundee United, tasked with developing young players in the Tayside area, as well as with Planet Soccer UK.
Paul Lawson | Manager at Formartine United FC & Oil & Gas
After departing Dingwall, Lawson spent two years with Motherwell FC before joining Formartine United on a part time basis whilst starting to work in the Oil & Gas industry. Lawson is now player-manager of the Highland League side.
Stuart Kettlewell | First Team Manager Ross County FC
Kettlewell joined Brora Rangers following his departure from the Global Energy Stadium and made history as he played in the first ever Pyramid play as part of the Brora side that came just 15 minutes from a place in League Two. Kettlewell returned to County as the Development Squad Manager and would ultimately guide the youths to the Development League Title. His success at Youth level saw him promoted to Co-Manager of the first team with Steven Ferguson in March 2018 in wake of the departure of Owen Coyle.
Paul Di Giacomo | General Manager at Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust
Just two years after departing the Staggies, Di Giacomo would call time on his career in 2013. Now, he spearheads the development of the Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust as their General Manager.
Garry Wood | Footballer at Formartine United FC
Still playing on a part-time basis, Garry Wood can be found playing for teammate Paul Lawson at Formartine United. Before joining Formartine, Wood would have a successful 3 year spell with Montrose. Wood also works in the Oil & Gas industry.
Joe Malin | Footballer at Brora Rangers FC
Leaving Ross County in 2012, Malin joined Brora Rangers in summer 2013. At Dudgeon Park, Malin would go on and win 3 Highland League Championships, 1 Highland Cup and 5 North of Scotland Cups.
