After today's 1-1 draw with St Johnstone we talked to Co-Manager Stuart Kettlewell.
“First and foremost its another valuable point for us. There is no denying St Johnstone had good possession and tried to play in our half but we then take the lead and it gives us a bit of a lift. I thought we looked tired at times today, like all of the teams there have been a lot of matches in December and we need to make sure now we get some rest in to the players during this break to let them recharge.”
On Iain Vigurs goal to give County the lead in the match on 73 minutes.
“Its great for Iain to get back on the pitch let alone to get a goal. He takes his strike well and for Iain personally it hopefully puts to bed what he has been through over the past couple of months with injury.”
On Ross Stewart being substituted early in the game through injury.
“On a bit of a sour note we lost Ross Stewart in the first half with what looks like a hamstring issue. At this point he will have to get a scan before we know the full extent of what damage has been done.”
On Ross County's 2019/2020 Premiership campaign so far.
“To head in to the Winter Break in 8th position I think we have to be pleased but we all know the challenge that lies ahead. Results at other grounds today make the league a lot tighter than it was before kick off but we are aware of what we have to do and we will keep working to make sure we achieve our objectives.”
