Midfielder Josh Sims signed for County in March 2022 following a brief spell away from the game.
The former Southampton graduate made his debut for the Staggies in the Scottish Premiership against Dundee United.
Sims has experience at a variety of levels having played in the English Premier League, MLS, Europa League and international football at youth level.
