Ticketing & Shop Manager

Ross County FC are currently seeking a pro-active and customer focused Ticketing & Shop Manager to join our team at the Global Energy Stadium.

The role will predominately be dealing with the below tasks, however the successful candidate will also be required to assist with other day to day duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the current club ticketing operation and process
  • Take a pro-active approach to fully utilising the ticketing system and its capabilities
  • Responsibility for stock management and achieving sales targets through our retail operation
  • Identifying new and exciting retail opportunities
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Ensuring that the club shop is prepared on a daily basis as well as for all home matchdays

Skills & Ability

  • Sound administrative skillset including experience with Microsoft packages and adaptable to using various IT Software programmes
  • Flexible to cover a wide range of working hours such as evenings and weekends
  • A “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to show and deliver the image of the football club to all customers and clients
  • Strong, proven leadership skills to manage in a fluid working environment

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week (includes evenings and weekends)

Commercial Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Commercial Team at the Global Energy Stadium.

The role will predominately be dealing with the below tasks, however the successful candidate will also be required to assist with other day to day duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties and greeting all visitors to the stadium
  • Administrative office support across various departments
  • Assisting with the club’s retail & ticketing operations
  • Assisting team with delivery of conferencing and events at the Global Energy Stadium
  • Matchday support to Commercial Manager and Ticketing & Shop Manager
  • Co-ordinating the weekly Staggies Lotto draw

Skills & Ability
