Dunc Chisholm | Head of Foundation & Commercial
Dunc’s current role is to look after the RCFC Foundation and the Commercial side of the club. He has come to the club following a career of over 30 years working in advertising and sales within Media across the UK. Born and bred from Muir of Ord, Dunc is also heavily involved in Community projects across the area. He was also a part of the Children’s Hearing System in the area across several years.
Ryan Farquhar | Senior Foundation Coach
In addition to his role as Senior Foundation Coach, Ryan is also the Schools Programme Manager responsible for the co-ordination and management of our Schools Programme from Nursery level to High Schools. Having been with the club for a number of years, Ryan has delivered a broad range of programmes to a wide demographic and possesses a vital skillset for the foundation.

Ryan Moreton | Senior Foundation Coach
Ryan has also been with the club for a number of years and works within our pre-Academy age groups as well as being a senior leader in the Foundation. Ryan has a wealth of experience across a wide range of programmes and regularly leads on the implementation of new programmes for the department.
Chris Draffan | Foundation & Academy Coach
Chris came to the Foundation team following a successful career in youth coaching to date. Chris has previously been part of the youth programme at Greenock Morton before leading a fantastic project out in Norway. Chris has a broad skillset that covers both Foundation & Academy roles.

Nathan Gatt | Foundation Coach
Nathan came to the Ross County Foundation following success with Fraserburgh’s Youth link-up project and working as a sports lead in Aberdeen-shire schools. Nathan has experience in delivering non-football as well as football projects which will be important for the next steps in our journey.
