Academy Round-up: 8/9th November

Firstly, huge Congratulations to our five loanee - Jayden Reid, Torran Lambie, Lewis Mackay, Rio Hastings, and Oliver Lamont who helped Invergordon lift the Jock Mackay Cup. They defeated Halkirk United 4-2.

Last weekend, our Academy teams from Under 11 through to Under 15 all played against Livingston.

On Saturday 8th November, our Under 11s, U12s and U14s played their matches at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall.

In what was a tough Under 11 match, Thomas Raffle and Caiden Browne scored our goals, whilst Marc Norburn found the net in our Under 12 match.

Our Under 14 team were in excellent form in a high scoring fixture against Livingston with Torin Sutherland netting twice and further goals by Ruaridh Mackenzie and Adam Russell rounding off our scoring in this match.

On Sunday 9 November, our Under 13 and Under 15 teams made the journey to Livingston.

Coaches Ryan Farquhar and Mikey Dummett were pleased with the Under 13 performance in a low scoring match, whilst the excellent Riley Gardiner scored both of our goals in the Under 15 match.

On Sunday 9^th November, our Under 17 team returned to winning ways in the CAS Advanced Youth/Performance League match played at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall.

Joe Coyle notched a superb hat-trick with Toby Sutherland and Greg Ferguson also scoring great goals in a fine 5-1 victory against Kelty Hearts which took us into second spot in the League Table.
