Become a Supporter Liaison Officer!

06/08/2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers to join our dedicated operations team at both home and/or away fixtures.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for fans on match days, providing a friendly and informative presence for both home and away supporters.

A deep knowledge of the Staggies, a passion for Ross County and an understanding of supporters' needs are essential.

Our SLOs are an integral part of the match day operation and must be present in and around the stadium, acting as a conduit for information between supporters and Club staff.

Kenny MacLennan, our longest-serving SLO, commented: “I’ve been in the role of Supporter Liaison Officer for the last seven years, and in that time, I’ve had the full support of everyone at the club from supporters right up to the Chairman.

“The role is challenging but also extremely rewarding in that you get to be a bridge between the supporters and the club and get to be involved in decisions that a club like ours are making to evolve constantly.

“I deal daily with a varied amount of queries, be it ticketing, club initiatives, away support queries, away travel, etc.

“One of the things we want to introduce is regular SLO engagement sessions at the club to welcome supporters along to meet the SLOs and help us build ideas and develop the match-day experience at the Global Energy Stadium.

“Shaun Campbell coming on board has made a massive difference, and increasing the number of SLOs can only be a good thing. For example, we can have a presence in every stand.”

Any interested parties should email David O'Connor, Head of Operations, at David.OConnor@rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk for further information or to arrange a meeting at the club to discuss the SLO role.
