Caithness Pre-Academy Success

Six weeks in, and the Caithness Pre Academy already feels like something special. Watching these young players turn up full of excitement, wearing their Ross County Football Club kit with pride, reminds me exactly why we wanted to bring this project to Caithness.
Our aim was simple: give local kids access to a genuine player pathway, proper academy coaching, and a sense of belonging to the club. The response from the players and families has been incredible.
A massive thank you to our coaching team, who have brought so much energy, enthusiasm and care to the programme. They've set the tone for what this regional centre is all about. Also a big thanks to Alyn Gunn, who's support in organising our venues and help recruiting coaches has been instrumental in getting us up and running.
Of course none of this could of happened without the backing of Maris Subsea who are our Pre Academy sponsors.
There's a real buzz around this group and I can't wait to see how far they can go.
