CLUB VACANCY | FIRST TEAM SCOUTS

SPFL Premiership ROSS COUNTY FC are looking for remote First Team Scouts that can be based anywhere in Scotland.

First Team Scouts must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent) or above.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

These positions are paid on a per game basis at a competitive rate, with online access to footage, with games you are allocated to be analysed from home, so no time-consuming or expensive travelling or is involved. You would be required to assess players in 3+ games per week. Your scouting reports will be sent to our football department HQ in the Highlands and will to be added to our centralised database for further assessment.

In-service training will be provided at a central location in Scotland and via zoom on a regular basis to support your continued professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • First Team Scouts must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent) or above.
  • All candidates must have a positive, can-do attitude and must represent the club in a professional & respectful manner at all times. We expect candidates to showcase good administration and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience is desirable, not essential.

HOURS OF WORK: Minimum watching of 3+ games per week (6 hours)

SALARY: Competitive (on a per game basis)

CLUB VACANCY | FIRST TEAM SCOUT CO-ORDINATIOR

SPFL Premiership ROSS COUNTY FC are looking for a First Team Scouting Coordinator that can be based anywhere in Scotland. This role will be 12-16 hours per week and will be paid at a competitive rate.

The First Team Scout Co-ordinator must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent). We would prefer this role to also have the SFA Talent ID License (Level 2 – or equivalent) or be working towards it.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will work closely with the Head of Data and Analysis at the club, to coordinate a group of first team scouts ensuring that they are focused upon the club’s player recruitment needs. In addition, supporting the maintenance of the Recruitment database and assessing players as directed by the Head of Data and Analysis will be key functions of the role.

In-service training will be provided at a central location in Scotland and via zoom on a regular basis to support your continued professional development.

  • The First Team Scout Co-ordinator must have attained the SFA Talent ID Award (Level 1 – or equivalent). We would prefer this role to also have the SFA Talent ID License (Level 2 – or equivalent) or be working towards it.

  • Previous experience is desirable, not essential.
  • A full, clean and valid UK Drivers License or access to transport

HOURS OF WORK: 12-16 hours per week
