Diack joins the Staggies

Ross County Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Ricco Diack!
The 21-year-old striker joins the Staggies on a loan deal until January from William Hill Championship side Partick Thistle.
Ricco, who has featured over 40 times for Partick Thistle, spent four months on loan with Kelty Hearts last season, playing alongside current County winger Luke McCarvel.
Ricco scored an impressive 8 goals in 17 appearances for Kelty in League 1, proving his knack for finding the back of the net at this level.
Diack has also had a successful loan spell with Airdrieonians, becoming an important part of their team in the latter half of the 2024/25 season.
On the signing of the striker, Manager Stuart Kettlewell said: “Ricco is a really useful addition to the group here.
“He’s one of those strikers who brings a bit of everything.
“Ricco is a big lad and uses his stature to hold up the ball well, but he’s equally as sharp and moves around the park really well.
“He’s another player who brings proven goalscoring experience at this level, and importantly he already has some really strong relationships with a number of the players here, which should make his arrival even easier.”
