Livingston v Ross County | Ticket Giveaway

30/09/2022

Thanks to our friends at Livingston Football Club, we have a limited number of tickets for our match at the Tony Macaroni Arena to giveaway to young County fans wishing to attend the fixture next weekend.

The match, which will take place at 3.00pm on Saturday 8th October, will see a number of young Staggies receive a FREE ticket for the match thanks to our Premiership opponents.

Following conversations between the two community-rooted clubs, Livingston offered to supply a number of complimentary tickets for young fans to attend as the cost-of-living crisis grapples with the ability to attend Premiership football. As part of this exciting initiative, Ross County will also be returning the favour to Livingston FC by giving the West-Lothian side a number of complimentary tickets for young fans wishing to attend the return match in Dingwall on 7th January 2023.

StaggiesArmy kids members can apply now to receive a FREE ticket, which will also be accompanied with an adult ticket to attend the Livingston v Ross County match next weekend.

All those wishing to apply should do so prior to 12.00pm on Tuesday 4th October.

Ross County Chief Executive, Steven Ferguson, has said “This is a great example of partnership working from two provincial clubs in the Scottish Premiership. We all want to bring as many young fans as possible to matches and we know with the current cost of living crisis that it is not easy, so to work together and offer this initiative is testament to two clubs who want to try different ways of making football accessible for all.

“Credit to Dave Black at Livingston FC and the team there for bringing this to the table and we are delighted to work with them on this project.”

Livingston FC Commercial & Media Manager, Dave Black, also added “Livingston & Ross County are two clubs who have shown their commitment to tackling the societal issues within their communities. By coming together, communicating and putting together a strong initiative we are able to support each other, but more importantly young fans of both clubs.

“Whilst, of course, on the park the two teams will battle it out to get the better of one other, I’m delighted that Steven, Dale and I have been able to partner to see the clubs come together to offer our own support back to the fans of both clubs.”
