New Season Ticket Card

Season Ticket Holders will begin to receive their new cards in the coming days and due to the changes made it is important you understand how your card will work for 2021/22.
With the introduction of turnstile technology the card is essential to accessing the stadium. The new codes that are on the right hand side of each card are activated for season ticket holders and also allows the club to know you are in attendance. The card should be scanned under the new electronic readers in the turnstiles to gain access to the stadium on matchday.
The Season Ticket Card also has important information in regards to accessing RCFCTV should you not be able to attend. The Season Ticket number situated at the top of the card is part of your individual login details for the channel.
Username: firstname-surname-seasonticketnumber
Password: seasonticketnumber
Please remember the firstname and surname parts of the username are case sensitive.
