New Supporter Catering Operator

We can today announce that Karl & Ann Falconer from Highland Hog Roasts have been appointed as our new supporter catering operator and will be in place for Sunday’s game against Rangers. Karl, Ann and their team have a long tradition in providing Stadium Catering having run successful operations at both Murrayfield and Myreside over many successful years.

As we try to sustain each area of the club, we have had to be strategic in our long-term planning for every department. This has included the supporter catering operation which will see the introduction of our new operator, new payment systems and processes that will try to make this area more sustainable and successful for years to come. We, as a club, have had to invest in the infrastructure of this area to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible matchday operation and be equipped to deal with the expectations of football supporters in 2021.

In addition to the supporter catering inside the stadium, Karl and his team will also be operating external catering units outside the stadium for our supporters on matchdays. This is a welcome addition, and we hope our supporters will see this as a way of trying to make the right steps in improving our matchday experience at the Global Energy Stadium. We also hope that this unit will reduce the demand on catering services within the stadium on matchdays as we continue to do our best to ensure the safety of supporters as we return to full capacity.

We are also delighted that the Staggies Bar will be included as part of Karl & Ann's catering package moving forward. This is an area that the club have wanted to develop for some time and feel that this is a great opportunity to better utilise this space. Further information on the re-development of the Staggies Bar will be made available in due course.

Karl & Ann have committed to maintaining some of the popular product range that has served us so well, working with local suppliers from right here in the Highlands- whilst at the same time introducing fresh new options that we are sure our supporters will enjoy. They are very keen for engagement with the supporters of the club to provide the best menus and prices available.
