Noah Chilvers Departs
08/07/2026
Ross County Football Club can confirm that Noah Chilvers has left the club to join Oldham Athletic FC for an undisclosed fee.
Noah joined Ross County in the summer of 2024 and made over 35 appearances, becoming a real fans' favourite and an integral part of our midfield.
During his time with the Staggies, Noah unfortunately suffered a sustained period of injury, but without a doubt, Noah has provided some great performances for our supporters during his time here.
The 25-year-old returned to full fitness for the final five matches of our Championship campaign last season, scoring and assisting once.
On the departure of Chilvers, CEO Steven Ferguson said: “Following ongoing discussions with Noah and his agent since the end of last season, it was clear Noah didn’t want to play his football in Scottish League One, and undoubtedly felt his future was not in the Highlands.
“Whenever a player under contract expresses the desire to leave this club, we will always make sure we control what we can, ensuring that we put the football club first.
“When the situation is as clear as it was, every player has a price, and we were equally as clear with Noah that only if an acceptable bid was made for his services would we then enter negotiations.
”We would like to thank Noah for his professionalism and efforts during his time with Ross County."
Everyone at the football club wishes Noah all the very best as he moves on to the next chapter of his career.
*Move subject to international clearance.
