Ticket Information

24/11/2020

Ross County will today be notifying the successful ballot of 300 season ticket holders who will be eligible to attend our next home, league match against Rangers on 6th December. The ballot excludes season ticket holders who were drawn out to attend the match v Livingston earlier in November. This process will continue until every season ticket holder has had a chance to attend a fixture before the process begins again.

Supporters who are notified will have until 3.00pm on Thursday 26th November to confirm their attendance, where further information and instruction will be given. Should we not receive a response prior to 3.00pm on 26th November, seats will be released and re-allocated to season ticket holders yet to attend a fixture.

It is essential that supporters DO NOT try to distribute their tickets to others in line with Track & Trace regulations.

We would also like to stress that tickets WILL NOT be going on General Sale and this will purely be a ballot of our much-valued season ticket holders who have shown incredible support to us during these challenging times.

Furthermore, if in the time leading up to the fixture the Scottish Government allows us to increase capacity for the game, a further ballot will be drawn for the increased capacity to meet the figure we are allowed to accommodate. Due to the strong possibility of our capacity being increased in the coming weeks and months we can not guarantee any season ticket holders specific matches at this point, our hope is that as we continue to remain in Tier 1 and as we all hope that these newly discovered vaccines filter in to Scotland, we will be able to see more of our season ticket holders returning to the Global Energy Stadium on a more regular basis.

As our small, dedicated team continue to deliver this process for our season ticket holders we ask please for patience and understanding and all communications will be delivered, with the information currently on your account, firstly by email and secondly by telephone call (should we not have an email address for you).
