Supporter Information | RCFC v Hearts

15/09/2021

As we host our 3rd home match of the league season this weekend here are some of the important notices, we wish to share with supporters ahead of the fixture against Hearts in Dingwall this Saturday.

Protect yourself and others

With COVID-19 cases in the Highlands and Scotland still very high we encourage all supporters to take as many pre-cautions as possible. Although the below is not mandatory, by following these steps you can protect yourself and others around you at the Global Energy Stadium:

  • Lateral Flow Test- on the morning of the fixture we encourage supporters to complete a lateral flow test to ensure that you do not have the virus and that you have the peace of mind in knowing your own status. This is not mandatory but again can be a preventative measure. FREE Lateral Flow Test Kits can be obtained by Clicking Here
  • Symptom Safety – Should you or anybody attending with you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend and book at COVID-19 test. Although you may not think you are infectious, we would encourage supporters to exercise ‘prevention rather than cure’.
  • Face Coverings – while seated in the stadium face coverings may be removed however we still advise supporters that they are mandatory when moving in and around the stadium. Wearing your face covering whilst seated can also reduce any potential risk of transmission of the virus.
  • Social Distancing – Again we encourage supporters to adhere to social distancing when moving in and around the stadium. This is a major way to reduce any chance of transmission and to best protect you and those around you.

Entry to the Global Energy Stadium

We encourage all supporters to arrive in good time for smooth and easy access to the stadium.

At our previous home fixture against Rangers there were a number of supporters trying to access the stadium using the wrong turnstiles. With the introduction of our new turnstile technology your cards/tickets will only allow you into the turnstiles relating to the stand in which you are seated. Please ensure that when you arrive you access the correct turnstiles as indicated by the signage around the stadium.

Catering & Staggies Bar

We are delighted that the Staggies Bar will once again be operational after a long layoff. The bar will open at 12.00pm however it will be limited in the numbers it can hold and will be operated purely on a first come, first served basis. Staggies Bar will also reopen again after full time.

The external catering unit as you come over the bridge will once again be open with Highland Hog Roasts. This will be in addition to the internal catering bars situated across the stadium. The catering bar in the West Stand will be open for this fixture.

Pay-Per-View

This fixture will be available for Pay-Per-View at £15.00.

The live coverage will start at 2.25pm on RCFCTV with full match build up and commentary.
