Supporters Q&A Evening: Thank you.

The club would like to put on record its appreciation for the supporters who turned out last night and participated in a full and informed discussion with CEO Steven Ferguson and Chairman Roy MacGregor on a range of supporter subjects and the future direction of the club with fan engagement.
140 supporters attended, which allowed a broad range of issues to be discussed with feedback provided, which will allow senior staff to become more proactive in fan engagement as we work towards achieving both short and long-term plans for the club.
We recognise the importance of fan engagement, and there will be an internal follow-up meeting to discuss the emerging priorities from last night.
We will look to build upon this crucial step with our fan engagement by putting structures in place which ensure extensive involvement, informed dialogue and timely updates for our supporters.
The steps will include the agreement of an updated Supporter Engagement Plan formulated by a new Fan Advisory Group, to ensure our supporters' voices are heard, and so we can demonstrate continuous improvement and a strong relationship with our fans.
Regular meetings will be held to ensure our supporters play an integral role in ongoing developments at the club.
