Ticketing and Entry Guide 25/26

Here is our guide to using the new ticket and entry system at the Global Energy Stadium.

Make sure you arrive at the ground early. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and the correct turnstile to enter through, on our new site map situated outside the Staggies Bar. This map shows exact seat numbers and rows, and where you should enter the ground from.

Unlike previous seasons, you must now enter at precisely the correct turnstile. Your ticket will not scan at every entry point. So, if you used to scan elsewhere and walk around the ground to your seat, this will no longer be possible.

We have installed brand new team card scanners. These will display on the screen who we are playing and show where to scan your ticket.

You should hold the QR code part of your ticket up to the small window in the bottom right of the scanner. The scanner will beep and turn green once you have successfully scanned. You should push through the turnstiles as soon as possible.

These now operate on timed entry, so once you scan, push the turnstile immediately. Once the turnstile does a full rotation, your ticket will not scan again, so don’t exit the ground.

If you are using an e-ticket purchased online, this will have been sent to your email. This will include your ticket as an attachment with a QR code to scan. If you have an iPhone, you can also add this to your Apple Wallet before the match by verifying your email – this will save you scrolling through emails while queuing up to enter the stadium. Make sure you know where your ticket is to help us avoid long queues.

For digital and e-tickets, the entry process is the same as physical tickets. Scan your QR code on the scanner, wait for the beep and green light, then push through, and enjoy the match.
