Under 17's continue football development with Invergordon pathway opportunity

02/03/2026

A number of Ross County's Under 17's squad have had the opportunity to play with North Caledonian League side Invergordon - as well as continuing to play for their age group within the Ross County academy.

Joe Coyle, Greg Ferguson, Eoin Munro and Cameron Duff have all been part of a great run with Invergordon which has them yet to be defeated in the North Caley League.

Under 17's lead coach and Head of Academy Gordon Duff said: "Playing at Invergordon gives these players a fantastic opportunity to experience men’s football in a competitive environment.

"It challenges them physically, tactically and mentally, helping bridge the gap between youth and senior football.

"Regular exposure to that level accelerates their development, builds resilience and improves their decision-making under pressure — all key components in preparing them for the next stage of their careers.”

We wish all players all the very best during their spells with Invergordon, and we are incredibly pleased to see them continuing to develop well.
